Happy to announce my friends Sondra & Lee Watkins are not going to be fined going forward. Vernon City Council passed a motion to align city bylaws with the ALC in regards to RVs as third dwellings. The revised bylaw will take time to be completed & fully passed but in the meantime no further fines will be accrued. As well councillor Mund introduced a notice of motion at the end of the meeting to waive any fines that have been issued. That motion will be discussed at the next regular council meeting.
