It was a beautiful day to protest with my friends Carole Fawcett (centre), and Heather Fullager (right) to bring awareness of the plight of seniors living in poverty on government pensions. There were a number of seniors who stopped by to tell their stories along with others who empathized with the protest. All levels of government should look at how we can support our seniors better from housing to food to dental and so on.
