Are Vernon residents being adequately serviced by ambulances?

Last night a 98 year old senior neighbour of mine waited over two hours for an ambulance after taking a fall and hurting her neck and back. She ended up laying half in and out of her closet until Vernon Fire & Rescue could arrive to help move her. She’s currently in hospital undergoing assessment.
